Surprise Date

I have to take a minute to brag on Gabe. He surprised me Saturday night with a date. Doesn't sound like much to most, but he arranged the babysitters (thank you Sara and Jenny) and planned a relaxing and fun night out. THAT IS HUGE!!! -especially when there are two little ones in the picture!! This simple act was a wonderful way to show me love. We often get caught up in our daily lives and when I say caught up I mean sucked into the rushing current. Days, weeks, and even months go by before we realize that we haven't done anything for each other much less together. When Gabe told me about our little, spontaneous date, I admit that I shed a few tears. It was such a thoughtful and loving thing to do. Thank you Gabe, I love you 1st!!
