If you know my son at all then you know that he is completely enamored with science and the world around him. We read to the children every day, and Isaac prefers having science books read to him rather than story books. Lately we having been reading about the "beginning of the world". So I have had many talks with him about creation and evolution; how we are to be discerning when reading and learning so that we are sure to always choose God's truth. Now when we read he will stop me every few minutes to discuss whether what we just read lines up with what God tells us. LOVE IT!!! Today we were driving back home and Isaac said he wanted to write a message to a scientist."Oh, really. What would your message say, Isaac?"
"It would say that there really is a God and He really did create the world"
Amen!!

love it...funny thing is, though, that God and science are very compatible, much to the chagrin of many of them who try so hard to shove evolution down our throats. the problem is that most people don't ever get
deep enough into science to realize the impossibilities that exist without a God who was able to create everything. you should watch ben stein's documentary "expelled"--i think that's the name of it (came out early in the year).
