Easter 2010

I may be a bit late posting about our Easter, but better late than never. This year Easter was a bit hectic for us. We were still in the middle of the flooring project and unable to really put any time and effort into anything leading up to Easter. We usually do the Resurrection Eggs and do fun activities and such. Not this year. With my house turned upside down, I didn't even know where the Resurrection eggs were. We did take a day to decorate eggs though. That was fun. Sunday we had our egg hunt after church like we usually do - in our backyard. I hid three eggs for each child that had clues in it. At the end of the egg hunt they had to follow their clues to find a hidden surprise. That was a hit! Not much else to say about our Easter day. We all ate leftovers and then Gabe and I got back to work on the house. That project ruled our life for 6 weeks. I am so glad that it is OVER!!! Here are a few pics from Easter 2010.....

Decorating Easter Eggs

Serious

And Silly

Caleb Andrew: My laid back, giggly, explorer

Isaac Douglas: my wonderful, sweet, and imaginative first born.

This is very much his personality

Julia Anne Elizabeth: My tender hearted, cuddle bug

And this is very much her personality. Sweet as cotton candy! (well, until her big brother bugs her, then she can stick up for herself quite well - she is going to be a tough gal with two brothers around)

She is very proud of her princess dress.

My three beautiful blessings

The Hunt

I will leave you with the silliness of my children.
They bring so much joy and laughter to my life.

So sweet! Sarabeth is very concerned that Julia was unable to see all the eggs to hunt since Isaac was covering her head with his basket!
