March Randomness

We are going to dive into a ton of pictures from this past month. Hold on tight.... here we go!!

Isaac and Julia have discovered that they love to hold Caleb. I guess they better get some holding in pretty quick, because he is getting big fast and will soon be too big to hold like this. Caleb was fine with it and really seemed to care less who was holding him. I think he just enjoys the attention.

(sorry the pictures are so dark - no time to fix them)

When our home improvement projects began, it started with plumbers, electricians, and tile guys putting in our new tub and bath surround. While the "guys" were here most of everyday for an entire week, we spent a lot of time outside. Not complaining though. The spring weather has been gorgeous. The kids had fun playing together and I had fun snapping a few pictures of my lovelies!

Skating.... a favorite childhood pastime. Isaac thought it would be cool (literally) to skate in his bathing suit and of course, shirtless. That is his new boy thing to do. The least amount of clothes he can get away with, he does. What is that with boys?! Anyway, Julia got her skates on as well and had so much fun.

(he does eat.... I promise!)

Brothers....need I say more.

(Isaac is trying to be "Mr. Cool" here. He would not smile for the camera. And don't you just love how Caleb curls his toes over, because I do.)

Start 'em early!!! Caleb was introduced to his first laptop. No worries, it was just a toy. He had fun with all the buttons.

Isaac and Julia's favorite thing to do is build forts and the like. This particular day they built bunk beds and it seems they both have the top bunk. Cute kids if I do say so myself.

Isaac the inventor! Isaac has been known to save and reuse just about everything. He will bring home cups from church snack time because he just knows it has another use. He loves to take things like that and use them to make something new. On this day he was making a pizza holder. He tested the durability of the top holding a slice of pizza by putting a roll of tape on top. He said they were about the same weight. It didn't hold the tape so his solution was to put strips of wood around the bottom to hold up the top plate. Isaac can usually be found cutting boxes apart and going through a whole role of tape making something completely original. I love his ingenuity.

Isaac and Julia have been begging me since December to let them put on their swimsuits and play in the sprinkler. It was finally warm enough to do that the other day. Isaac got right to business running, jumping, splashing.... you know all the typical sprinkler things to do. Julia was freaking out about getting wet. Um, dear - that's what sprinkler play is all about. Then she didn't want wet grass on her feet. Again, can't help you there. After awhile she finally got past her "issues" and had fun with Isaac in the sprinklers.

Ok, so that is all the pictures for now. Come back though. We still have zoo pictures, soccer pictures, 7 month pictures, and so much more!
