Cutie Patootie

I snapped a few pictures of Julia the other day as she was "helping" me cook. Love her to pieces!! She sure knows how to ham it up for the camera.



We have started taking the kids to the pool now that it is open for the summer. Let me just tell that Little Miss Julia is fearless. Not dangerously fearless, but very confident in trying new things. She was jumping off the side of the pool into my arms, no problem. She thought that was the best thing. She even courageously let me "dunk" her. Julia now wants nothing to do with her floaty and only wanted to use the kick board. That means I have to be on constant watch with her and holding on to her at all times. I don't mind so much though. I am glad that she is such a "fish" and likes the water.

Isaac loves the water as well, but is definitely more cautious and careful. He is just now getting the courage to put his face under water. That is a huge step for him. He and Gabe had fun yesterday blowing water through the noodles at each other. I mistakenly got on the wrong end of Isaac's noodle and got sprayed unexpectedly. Boys! I better get used to it, because Julia and I are about to be outnumbered!!!
