Cool Chick

With all these "entertaining" blogs about Isaac, thought I would slip one in about Julia. She too has been quite entertaining. Her latest is the phrase,"kiss my boo boo". Anytime she has the slightest boo boo, she thinks she MUST have a kiss on it. A few days ago, she came to me with a request to kiss the boo boo on her bottom. Uh, no thanks!! That reminded me of the AFV video of the little girl asking her daddy to kiss her bottom. So Funny!! Would link you to it, but couldn't find the video online.

She has also really enjoyed playing dress up. He loves to put on the sunglasses and walk around saying "cool chick". Yes, we taught her to say that. She did not come up with it on her own!! She still loves hats. She puts aside her frilly bows from time to time, in order to let her inner tomboy come out. She even wore it backwards today. Love it!!You can get Julia in a good mood anytime of the day with these simple words.... "I'm gonna get you". She LOVES to be chased. It is so hilarious to see her tiny, little legs trying so hard to run. It is more like a fast walk. Her squeals of delight could brighten anyone's day.

Julia is amazing when it comes to falling asleep ANYWHERE! Sunday we went out to eat after church, and she fell asleep sitting straight up in the restaurant high chair mid-bite. We all got a good chuckle from that. Then the next day she fell asleep during lunch at home.This is a picture of her sound asleep during gift opening at Christmas in Arkansas.
We joke that she is still making up for all the time spent screaming and not sleeping when she was an infant.
