Tooth Fairy Fail

We are currently taking applications for a  new tooth fairy. Ours failed to come again last night. She is fired. Granted the first night Julia was up until 10pm. I am sure the tooth fairy came and went because her light was still on. Last night though, I am not sure what happened. Oh wait! Look! This note was found just now under Julia's pillow......

Dear Julia,

I was so happy to get the report that you lost your first tooth. How exciting! You sure are growing up fast.

I came to your window that first night but couldn't do my job because your light was on. I decided to come back the next night.

When I came back, I realized I couldn't get to your bed because of all the toys in front of the window. So I had to leave. I am so sorry. I really tried. Will you forgive me?

I had some extra time today so I came back. Thank you for leaving your window open and your pink blanket was so soft to land on. I usually don't come during the day, but you are extra special. I found your note and your tooth is safe and sound in your keepsake box. I had to sneak by your Mom to get it in your box.

I may be a few days late, but I finally got your surprise hidden under your pillow. If you will give me another chance I would love to continue to be your tooth fairy.
