These pictures were taken again at Target. The photo session didn't go as well as it did when I took Isaac. The photographer did not have any additional help this time. It was a bit stressful to say the least. My goal this time around was to get individuals of Julia for her 2 year pictures, some sibling pictures of Isaac and Julia together(HA - they thought it was a wrestling match not a photo session!!), and a few with me and the kids (Double HA HA - again...wrestling match - UGH!) We got the pictures but only a few turned out to be worthy of purchasing.The pictures we did get look better than the experience actually was!! I forgot how crazy it is trying to photograph a 2 year old. Add a rambunctious 4 year old and a tired, stressed Mommy to the mix - and disaster is sure to follow!!
I ordered the one of Julia up close on her tummy. Pretty cute picture of her sweet smile. I also had myself cropped out of the one where they are sitting on my back. The photographer framed their faces in the word "LOVE" - that will have to do for our sibling picture this time around. At least they were both smiling and somewhat looking at the camera.
When we arrived at Target that day, Isaac looked up on the wall and said, "Look Mommy, that's me!" I had given permission for Isaac's pictures to be used for their brag book (or so I thought) Instead it was a series of pictures of him blown up and placed in a frame that was about 3ft by 3ft. Pretty cool!! So if you are ever at the Target on Blanco Road, that's my boy with the airplanes!
