Yeah!!!!
Our Realtor just left and we signed the contract!!!!! It was a full price offer with request for us to pay closing costs. The only catch is that the closing will most likely not be until July 1. No problem. It gives us more time to look. So keep the prayers coming...the option period will start next week. Pray that the inspection and appraisal will go well.

oh shoot. this sounds bad, but i'm kinda sad about this. i'm sad because now it puts a definite timeframe on yall moving, and i haven't had the chance to convince you both that you NEED to move to nashville! seriously. start looking here and i'm sure the Lord has a job waiting for Gabe here. then, we'll have the persuasive power to talk matt and april into following suit! just think, sunday lunches outside with all of us hanging out...and free baby sitting!
