Inflatable Wonderland

I have been trying to get the kids out and about as much as possible before we go into "newborn stay at home stage" So we have made lots of trips to parks, the zoo, pool, etc. Last Thursday it was Inflatable Wonderland. A high favorite of Isaac and Julia. Thankfully Julia is now at the age where she can keep up with Isaac (somewhat) and I don't have to assist her on everything. I just kind of follow them around and observe the extreme energy levels at work. Just watching them makes me tired, which isn't saying much right now. Everything makes me tired!! But seriously, our entire nation could be powered if only we could find a way to bottle up the energy of all those kids. The place was crawling with school age kids, some of whom got an ear full from this Momma. The older kids run all over the little ones. Irritating! We just kept our distance from the obnoxious ones as much as possible and the kids ended up having a wonderful time anyway. They were completely zapped when we got home..... as was their Momma! :)

Julia's Favorite

At one point, the workers gathered all the kids in the movie room to dance. There were close to 100 kids in there. Julia LOVED it! Any chance to dance is ideal for her. She got right in there in the middle of all those big kids and danced away. No fears! Isaac came dashing back to me, red faced and embarrassed as soon as the music started. That situation is not so ideal for Isaac! He is more of a spectator when it comes to stuff like this. So that is what we did. Sat back and enjoyed watching Julia boogie with the best of them!
