Blogging Buddies

The phrase "Monkey see, Monkey do" is ringing true around here. I have been blogging for several years now. I enjoy it for several reasons. One, it is an outlet for me. Two, it serves as my "memory book" since I have given up on scrapbooking. And three, I just simply enjoy it. Isaac and Julia will often do something funny, I usually take a picture, and then they immediately ask me if it is going on the blog. They know me so well. Last year, Isaac decided he wanted a blog all about his inventions. At that time he was really into turning trash into treasures (literally) and calling them his inventions. So we made him a blog, he posted once, and then forgot all about it. Figures! His blogging fire ignited again this week and he is back. Of course, Julia has to do everything big brother is doing and asked for her own blog, so I obliged. Now they both are official bloggers. Isaac will usually attempt to type a few sentences before his patience runs out then I will type the rest as he dictates. Julia skips the typing part at this point and just tells me what to type. The words are all theirs. No editing on my part. I think these blogs will be fun to look back on one day and read about what was important to them.
